Feeding systems for technical parts and other objects
Most objects that arrive in bulk can be sorted, oriented and fed to a machine. Besides caps and medical parts, we have built feeding systems for steel grease cups, and we are currently working on plastic nuts.
Your part, your machine
- Various technologies: we choose the feeding principle that suits the shape, weight and material of your part.
- Speed set by your requirement, typically 100 to 300 parts per minute depending on the part.
- Delivery to the infeed of your cartoning, assembly or other machine, with height and layout to suit your line.
How we start
- Send us samples of your part, the speed needed and the machine it will feed.
- We test the feeding in our factory and choose the technology.
- We propose a configuration with a layout drawing and a quote.

- 2D and 3D drawings for your line layout, on request.
- Datasheet.
- Electrical diagrams and I/O list for the connection to your machine.
- CE marking and declaration of conformity.
- Manuals in other languages.
